Harry before he was neuteredHarry was rescued from an independent rescue who did not have the time to care for him in his condition...he had severe mange.  Our foster home nursed him back to health with several more treatments for the mange and he began to put on weight and was then able to be neutered.  He is now a healthy happy boy down at the shore in NJ.
